Greg brings more than 20 years of commercial and residential real estate development and finance experience to USDP. Most recently, Greg led financial asset management for a portfolio of more than 100 shopping centers representing more than 20 million leasable square feet for Brixmor Property Group. Prior to that, Greg was Vice President of Investments for the Northeast region for Regency Centers. In the multifamily sector, Greg served as Executive Vice President for Adellco Management, a New York City multifamily developer, where he led the acquisition and development of more than two million square feet of multifamily rental and condominium space in Manhattan, representing more than $2 billion of asset value. Greg started his career in the Debt Capital Markets group at Deutsche Bank. Greg earned his BS in finance and management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
