Dan is a civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience in sports facility and residential real estate development, including as a Partner at Milone & MacBroom. He currently serves as Director of Development and Managing Director of Fortuitous Partners and is a member of the Executive Committee of Rhode Island FC. At Fortuitous, Dan led the vision and masterplanning efforts for Tidewater Landing. The Stadium at Tidewater Landing, a new 10,500-seat stadium, is currently under construction, with completion anticipated in Spring 2025. Additionally, Dan leads the planning and upcoming construction of retail and over 600 units of multifamily residential at Tidewater Landing. Over the course of his career, he has designed and delivered over 50 athletic facilities at the recreational, university, and professional levels. Dan earned his BS in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed professional engineer in the state. He resides in Connecticut with his wife and children.
