Our work in Rhode Island inspired the creation of USDP. Our board members played a key role in establishing a public-private partnership to develop the Stadium at Tidewater Landing, implement a surrounding mixed-use real estate strategy, and bring professional soccer to the market. This project is progressing toward a successful completion, and we are using lessons learned and best practices to shape the USDP business model.

Bringing the Rhode Island project to life revealed the opportunity to replicate this development model in other U.S. markets, which USDP is now actively pursuing. We are currently collaborating with USL and are seriously engaged with multiple cities in six states on similar projects.

Houston World Cup

USDP is proudly supporting the efforts of the Houston 2026 World Cup Host Committee by providing executive leadership and management services for the event, which is part of the FIFA 2026 World Cup, the largest sporting event in the history of the world.
