Chris is a 30-year veteran of the sports industry. His resume includes President of the Houston 2026 World Cup Organizing Committee, President of the Houston Dynamo (MLS), President of the Houston Dash (NWSL), and General Manager of the New Haven Ravens (Double-A Baseball). He successfully led Houston’s bid to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup and manages the city’s FIFA World Cup planning efforts. He was with the Dynamo for 13 years, during which time the club won seven trophies (2 MLS Cups, 1 US Open Cup, 4 Conference titles). Canetti oversaw the development of the Dynamo’s new soccer-specific stadium and founded the city’s professional women’s team – the Houston Dash. He is a past winner of the MLS Executive of the Year award, and he was previously honored as Sports Business Journal 40 Under 40. Chris is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and has been actively engaged in numerous charitable projects over the course of his career. Chris resides in the Houston area with his wife, Judi, and daughters Kara and Ella.

Dan is a civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience in sports facility and residential real estate development, including as a Partner at Milone & MacBroom. He currently serves as Director of Development and Managing Director of Fortuitous Partners and is a member of the Executive Committee of Rhode Island FC. At Fortuitous, Dan led the vision and masterplanning efforts for Tidewater Landing. The Stadium at Tidewater Landing, a new 10,500-seat stadium, is currently under construction, with completion anticipated in Spring 2025. Additionally, Dan leads the planning and upcoming construction of retail and over 600 units of multifamily residential at Tidewater Landing. Over the course of his career, he has designed and delivered over 50 athletic facilities at the recreational, university, and professional levels. Dan earned his BS in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed professional engineer in the state. He resides in Connecticut with his wife and children.

Dan is a founding principal of Charter Realty and Zelco Properties & Development. He has focused his efforts on the leasing and development of the company’s portfolio of shopping centers and mixed-use projects comprising over 11,000,000 square feet. He has successfully acquired several retail chains for their underlying real estate, as well as been involved in the acquisition and development of Charter’s own portfolio. Dan is currently spearheading several growing ventures for Charter, including a mixed-use development program (retail, hospitality, residential, student housing, and technology/innovation) that he is implementing across the United States. Since the company’s inception, Dan has completed more than 20,000,000 square feet of new tenant leases in both Charter and third-party properties. Dan is a graduate of Cornell University; he has served on the Board of Directors for the United States Olympic Foundation and the Southport Fire Department. Dan splits his time between Fairfield, Connecticut, and Big Sky, Montana, along with his wife and their dogs Mungo and Pappy (enjoying frequent visits from his three grown sons).

Greg brings more than 20 years of commercial and residential real estate development and finance experience to USDP. Most recently, Greg led financial asset management for a portfolio of more than 100 shopping centers representing more than 20 million leasable square feet for Brixmor Property Group. Prior to that, Greg was Vice President of Investments for the Northeast region for Regency Centers. In the multifamily sector, Greg served as Executive Vice President for Adellco Management, a New York City multifamily developer, where he led the acquisition and development of more than two million square feet of multifamily rental and condominium space in Manhattan, representing more than $2 billion of asset value. Greg started his career in the Debt Capital Markets group at Deutsche Bank. Greg earned his BS in finance and management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
